The facade of a high-speed rail station must withstand constant environmental stress, including high-velocity wind loads caused by passing trains and fluctuating outdoor temperatures. To address these challenges, we provided high-specification PVDF-coated aluminium panels. These panels feature a superior fluorocarbon finish that offers exceptional resistance to atmospheric pollutants, industrial exhaust, and UV degradation. This ensures that the station maintains its clean, professional aesthetic with minimal maintenance requirements for decades to come.
Safety is the highest priority in any public transit development. For this project, Alu NJJX™ supplied A2 Class non-combustible fire-rated ACP. These panels are specifically engineered to prevent the spread of flames, meeting the strict international fire safety codes required for transit hubs and railway stations.
