We specialize in the high-temperature lamination of fire-rated ACP (A2 and B1 Class), ensuring that the bond between the aluminium skins and the mineral core is unbreakable. This process is supported by our advanced PVDF coating lines, which apply high-durability fluorocarbon finishes that protect against UV rays, acid rain, and extreme temperature fluctuations.

Our on-site laboratory conducts continuous testing on every batch, focusing on critical metrics such as peel strength, impact resistance, and coating thickness.
